JRun plug into IIS just like tomcat. Unlike Tomcat JRun comes with a huge
amount of documentation in the docs directory. You need to read and figure
it out. Asking where your files go in a web application is like asking where
the start button is in windows. I started out with JRun and have moved to
Tomcat. Tomcat is a lot harder to configure. When you learn what a web-inf
folder is for and how JRun writes to a web.xml file, you might consider
giving tomcat a spin - it's free and industrial strength and doesn't cost
$800.00 to $1500.00.
