Your license might have expired.
If you have downloaded it recently, check your system date. Do not make it
to early i mean let it be 2000 or 2001and not 1997-98 etc.
Or check if WebLogicLicense.xml is present in D:\weblogic\license.
If you are having evaluation edition, do not modify it.
If you have a licensed product, copy the license no from the floopy.(When
you buy, they would give you floppy apart from the CD. They gave up for 5.1
, I do not about 6 )
