Even if it's possible to do that, you might as well just write Java applications and forget about c#, a poor substitute anyway. Even in the article they say that unsuccessful conversions will be report - yeah, like the whole file. If you think about what it's trying to do, that's no small feat - m$ can't even get a single app to work right, much less the conversion of a J2EE application to c#!
