Do you mean the XML Translator Generator? If so, I found the answer to your
question by going to the AlphaWorks site (http://alphaworks.ibm.com),
searching for "translator" and following two (very obvious) links. Perhaps
you could have done the same?

If that's not what you're looking for, could you be a bit more specific?
