Actually, it's better to not put *any* JAR file in the jre/lib/ext directory,
since they always override the version bundled with a specific application,
such as Tomcat.

IMHO, the JDK/jre/lib/ext directory is a Bad Thing (tm) since it causes the
same kind of problems as the infamous "DLL hell" syndrome in Windows (where all
DLLs are saved in the system directories, leading to all sorts of versioning
problems).
