Erwin: If the site it not too large you can do it my "hand" in Visio Pro.  I
really like the results and the interface is very easy to figure out.  I
have tried some "automatic" tools but they give you really strange diagrams
(especially if you have a number of include files).  I prefer the "hand"
method - then I can get just what I want without any _help_ from the
computer!
