Try jspchart. I'm using it and seems to be quite good.

Subject: producing .gif files on the fly with JSP or with a BEAN

Is anyone out there familiar with any tools that would allow me to connect
to a database, read some records and produce a historic graph on the fly
with this data as a .gif file? I'm looking at also producing piecharts on
the fly by producing these gif files also.....Any beans or app servers that
will allow me to do this.
