The Jakarta-Taglibs Project and the JSR052 Expert Group have released
Early Access verson 1.1 of the JavaServer Pages Standard Tag Library
(JSPTL). The only changes from EA1 were to keep the JSPTL compatible
with the Servlet 2.3 and JSP1.2 PFD3 and the recent Tomcat 4 B6 release.
JSPTL EA1.1 is available for download at:
http://jakarta.apache.org/taglibs/
