hi all,
i am developing an application ( online document distribution system) .
the documents(pdf files) should be stored in database(oracle8i) and the users should
should logon on to the system to view the files and logs should be craeted ( which
user accessed which files).
i need to upload files to database through http using jsp.
any help on upload and download will be highly appreciated
