Hi Hari
There are tools like Zelix, Retroguard etc that obfuscate the java class
code. You can find evaluation copies at 
http://www.zelix.com/klassmaster 
http://www.retrologic.com/

But I do not know of any tool that obfuscates jsp files. I am also
looking out for one.
