First, can you turn off the HTML in your emails? It makes them very hard
to read.
Yes, it appears that there is a conflict with the crimson.jar, xerxes.jar,
xalan.jar, and jaxp.jar files
It seems that you are using the Xerces 1 jar file which doesn't appear to
support namespaces. I'd suggest getting the latest Xerces Java 2 jar file
and removing the other jar files.
