Another way is to delete the working servlet files generated by your
servlet engine.

I dont know of any touch feature in Windows, so this works well for me.

I am using Windows 2000, with Tomcat 4b6 so I just delete the
%CATALINA_HOME%\work\localhost\ files or individual ones if needed.
