When using nested " characters in java, use \" to represent "

i.e. Try

out.println("<td> <A HREF=\"http://localhost/adduser.jsp\";>You have no
account here, please register one!</A></td>");

Also with JSPs there is no need for your to use out.println, infact I'd say
this is undesirable, you could simply end your script block, type in the
html and start a new script block

i.e.

... %> <td> <A HREF="http://localhost/adduser.jsp";>You have no account
here, please register one!</A></td> <% ...
