you can check with session.isNew() which returns boolean.

Subject: determining invalidated session

Hi,

Is there a standard way to determine if a session object has been
invalidated with a call to invalidate()? If not, what's a good
non-standard way of doing this (besides registering a listener and keeping
a list of active sessions)?

Thanks
Dmitry
