Subject: tomcat 4 + mysql 3.23.51

hey all..
i installed an instance of tomcat version 4.0.4 and running mysql 3.23.51

i'm getting this error:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.gjt.mm.mysql.Driver

so far,
1) i've added mm.mysql-2.0.4.bin.jar file (which should have the
org.gjt.mm.mysql driver) to the $TOMCAT_HOME\common\lib\ directory
2) added that path ($TOMCAT_HOME\common\lib\mm.mysql-2.0.4.bin.jar) to the
CLASSPATH environment variable

is there something else i'm missing"?
