The bean solution is off-topic for this list-serv. I will ask around here and see what 
might be lying around. I am 100% positive that we have crossed that bridge before. We 
do a lot of work with banks that require that type of information for auditing reasons.

I will send that to you off line. Hint: you'll need a bean with application scope and 
have your login.jsp script invoke it.
