If your binary contains tomcat then you can see the <root>jboss-3.0.0_tomcat-4.0.3(this is for me)\server\default\deploy\tomcat4-service.xml file for the configuration staffs. If you do not want to start the embeded tomcat then run the "run.bat" file with minimum option or remove the xml file from the above mentioned directory. Moreover JBoss and tomcat does not run in same port. Hope this information helps you.
