0.5 seconds for the database to process.
The JDBC driver will get them from across the network
to the Servlet container.
The servlet container will process them using a JSP
/ Servlet and format it to HTML.

1. There is the time to retrieve from the network
2. Formatting time by the JSP.
3. Sending in the HTTPStream.
I think 150 seconds is decent enough.

Why do you need to pump so many records to the
browser. Cant you limit the records (to say 200 or
so ) and then have some paging mechanism so
that the user can jump to different pages.
