Hi, Just a quick word to ask you : why do you still code in homesite?
Today's IDEs make a good job of handling JSPs and you should definitely take a look at some... And don't tell me it's because of the price !! Some IDEs like NetBeans (www.netbeans.com) are 100% free. I don't think there is any proud in coding at hand everything... -- David -----Message d'origine----- De : A mailing list about Java Server Pages specification and reference [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] la part de Amit Ghaste Envoye : 27 fevrier, 2003 09:47 A : [EMAIL PROTECTED] Objet : Re: JavaServer Faces? i remember teaching myself jsp from the specs... and trying it out on the jswdk kit.... i still code jsp in homesite. but i havnt read the faces specs.. where in the mvc model do they plan suggesting we implement it.. -----Original Message----- From: A mailing list about Java Server Pages specification and reference [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Brian P Bohnet Sent: Wednesday, February 26, 2003 1:17 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: JavaServer Faces? The latest edition of JAVAPro magazine has a short story about it, but of course no mention of status other than it is a technology that is not going to be widely used until vendors include it in their IDE's. That's disappointing to hear, since that makes the assumption that we are all IDE users and we are steered by vendors and vendors only. "HA! Not I said the lowly programmer!" Steven J.
