This certainly isn't a JSP question.  You might have more luck asking
this on one of the Swing-related mailing lists.

Nevertheless, I'm currently investigating this kind of functionality.  A
product from a company called "Webrenderer" is getting close to being
able to do this, but it isn't quite there yet.  Note that the default
HTML renderer in the JDK only supports HTML 3.2.
