OCI are type-2 driver that need oracle client to be installed. While
thin driver type-4 driver does not need Oracle client to be installed.
Since no client is required with thin driver, only classes.jar file is
need to be added to your class path, things are simple with oracle thin
drivers.

But OCI driver are faster than thin driver.
