Richard- I downloaded the SendMailBean.java editted SendMailBean.java put in a package name of oracle.jsp.webutil.email compiled it jar -xvf ojsputil.jar to .\oracle jar -cvf ojsputil.jar .\oracle\*.* copy ojsputil.jar %TOMCAT_HOME%\common\lib restart tomcat
now it works!
