The problem is it doesn't work.  I have followed the instructions on
numerous sites to the letter, and IIS still cannot serve up JSP pages.
I think it's probably best to only use IIS for ASP.NET.  If I want to run
JSP/Servlets on Windows machines, then running tomact as a standalone
server is the only way to go.
