install.jsp.install.msg.rnd.pwd is displayed in an info box. this is why the
enclosed html markup is displayed as normal text.
I'll attach a patch fore CoreProperties.properties, please update the other
l10n files, too.
A patch for this will already be included in the german l10n from JSPWIKI-210.
