"View Page Source" only displays the latest version

When viewing a different version than the latest version of a page, the "View
Page Source" link in the MoreMenu isn't updated.
For example, it remains http://www.jspwiki.org/wiki/JSPWikiDownload?skin=raw
where it should be
http://www.jspwiki.org/wiki/JSPWikiDownload?skin=raw&version=647 (if 647 is the
version currently viewed).
