Thinking of a wiki page becoming a JCR wiki node means removing the abstraction between business logic and data storage. What follows, is that caching will be a matter of the content repository only, and the wiki application will have to rely on it.Any opinions on this? Is it true? If so, is it a huge disadvantage or even wanted or a nice side effect towards scalability?
The latter :-)(E.g. most proper SQL databases are way better at caching than anything we could dream up.)
