Fix For: 2.8
Arent-Jan Banck who wrote the SearchManager and our Lucene search has not
submitted a CLA or an SGA - and he's not responding to his emails either.
Therefore, we need to replace entire SearchManager and the below layers with
code written by someone with a CLA to Apache before releasing 2.8.
