Renaming a page frequently fails to update the references on the incoming links
page. If the page is linked from several other pages, some of them may update
but not all.
This bug, or one very similar, has been reported before
(http://www.jspwiki.org/wiki/BugRenameFailsToUpdateReferenceManagerData) but
we're encountering the problem at a higher level.
