Fix For: 3.0
Minor editing allows to save a page without creating a new version. This
avoids excessive creating of many page versions with no added value.
Minor-editing will be allowed (defaulted) when :
1) the same authenticated users is editing the page multiple times
2) the editing occurs within 30min (settable through jspwiki.properties)
A user should be allowed to 'un-check' the minor-editing flag and save the
changes as a new version.
