If I change the VariableManager I would prefer to commit this changes to the 
trunk. Otherwise I get problems with the next JSPWiki update.

So before commit I better ask, if you have ever felt like: "oh the date would 
be a nice wikivariable-to-have feature"

You can add your own variables rather easily by editing the VariableManager, 
but no, no other easy way.

Constants are rather easy, because anything set with [{SET}] will also be 
resolved by the VariableManager - as is also mostly everything from 
jspwiki.properties.
