We haven't had the discussion for a little while, so I thought I'd see
what the big picture is.
Jspwiki 2.8.1 is out, lots of activity in the trunk, good community
and user interaction, so let's now focus on getting "the big one" done.
I can't find the plan for changing package names and making an
official Apache release. I know we discussed it but can't seem to
locate it.
