If a %%category popup is on the last line AND it is not the first text on that
line AND it is in a JSPWiki 2.8.1 article that contains any blank lines (lines
with only /n carriage returns and no other whitespace or text, THEN clicking on
the category from IE7 will produce an "Unknown Runtime Error".
This may reproduce even if the %%category is not on the last line of a JSPWiki
article, but it seems to be required that the %%category is not the first text
on its line AND that the article contains at least one empty line break. Adding
at least a single space to all empty lines resolves this issue. Adding a single
space to empty lines also seems to change the vertical spacing of lines that
contain only \\ also.
