I would just ignore it. Nobody is maintaining the Creole support, so we might as well disable that test. (Oddly enough, it runs for me, so this is probably a Windows dependency.)
There are some unmaintained pieces of code in JSPWiki which we might want to get rid of cometh 3.0.
