still missing:
* AttachmentManager migration
* Removing PageProviders
* Removing AttachmentProviders
* Removing unit tests referring to the individual providers
* Adding ehcache for Priha EhCachingProvider
* Making sure Sessions are cleared properly
(ContentManager.discardModifications())
* Making sure that the facade methods in WikiEngine call save() properly.
