breaks FullRecentChanges.
The whole table is generated, but only the first part is displayed correctly.
The page is as long as the whole table, but after the first shown part, all
table rows are not visible, so the page is white.
Testing with Firebug and disabling the mentioned css shows the full table. But
may break other styles...
