cannot display older versions of pages

* Create a test page
* Create a couple of versions by editing and saving the page a few times
* go to the Info Tab, there you get the list of versions
* click on the link of an older version
Although the generated link looks fine (like
http://localhost:8080/JSPWiki/Wiki.jsp?page=Test2&version=2 ), clicking on it,
always brings you to the current page (latest version of the page)
