InsertPage fails if a tab name is imported that already exists

what I did: Entered two pages with tabbed sections and equal tab names. one
includes the other (the parent includes the child)
what I expected: to see the childs tab if I click on a the corresponding tab in
the parent page
what I got: the parent page gets garbled
workaround: make tab names unique if required
the parent page:
