as discussed I rolled the 2.8.4 release artifacts which are available at

http://www.ecyrd.com/~jalkanen/JSPWiki/2.8.4/

Please let me know if you think these are ripe for release (i.e. download them, install them, check if they work, then say +1 within 72 hrs.)

Unit tests run cleanly, but webtests don't run at all.
