The error messages you see during startup are a result of tomcat failing to
deserialize session objects, they have nothing to do with your problem (you can
prevent those messages by disabling tomcat's session persistence, see
http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg01162.html . )
It looks like you are getting mail sessions from JNDI and they are failing, can
you show us the contents of file /tmp/jspwiki.log, that should confirm this.
