Hi Kevin, I guess you didn't get an answer yet because of the nice wheather and the world cup ;-) So, this is not my special subject, but I try to give some hints.
JSPWiki supports usage of page templates. See e.g. [1] on that topic. However, if really _every_ page in your wiki should process your plugin code, you may want to think whether a plugin is really the best solution for your problem. @Dirk: You may want to correct or complete that. Regarding semantic wikis with JSPWiki, there has already been done some work, see [2].
