Description:
When setting up a page to use nested lists using '#' and '*', the numbering
does not keep in order.
Example.
Using the following code snippet:
#test
*bag
*sheet
#helloagain
*help
produces the following in the page:
1. test
* bag
* sheet
1. helloagain
* help
