Unfortunately, this issue needs reopening, I don't know why but edits/deletes
are working for this JIRA (755) but AFAICT not any other. Could you have
someone at INFRA *without* administrator privileges make a test comment on
JSPWIKI-663 and then change that comment, and also add a test attachment and
then delete that attachment? That is all that is needed to close this item.
(I can't reopen INFRA-5678 because I don't own that JIRA.)
