+1 It would be out of scope for a remote user to be able to modify a JSPWiki
installation with no network connection. As for a local JSPWiki installation,
if we ever Mavenize, you could do an "mvn tomcat7:run" which runs JSPWiki on an
embedded Tomcat (you don't even need to manually download it). Providing the
JSPWiki is properly configured, you can then modify your local files/data
without hosting the JSPWiki on an external Tomcat for all to see.
