Now that JSPWiki is an Apache project it should be easy to participate in GSOC under the Apache Foundation umbrella : (2012) http://community.apache.org/gsoc.html Last year there were 38 Apache projects accepted at GSOC: http://www.google-melange.com/gsoc/projects/list/google/gsoc2012
