Tomcat Service Question

Hi Everybody!,
I 'm running JSPWiki 2.4.82 with Tomcat 6 (though I tried Tomcat 5.5 too).
When Tomcat is started as a service, I can't save edited wiki pages.
However, if I start Tomcat on the command line it works fine. Everything has
been uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times with the same results. (I'm
also using Java 1.6). Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
