Hi,
I have a newbie question: I would like to an application to 'push' a new
version of a wiki page to a JSPWiki site. Is it possible to do this?
If so, is this documented somewhere?
If not, is it theoretically possible? Can I work with someone to write
a plugin to do this?
The JSPWiki site has a number of options. There's the
ExtendedInsertPagePlugin at
http://www.jspwiki.org/wiki/ExtendedInsertPagePlugin
You might look into using XML-RPC. There's the TranscludePlugin
http://www.jspwiki.org/wiki/TranscludePlugin
which transcludes a page via XML-RPC, I've got an InterWiki plugin
that exercises most of the XML-RPC features, at

There's currently no sophisticated security for much of the above but
it'd be relatively easy to add that, particularly if you don't mind
hardwiring it into the code. If you're not a coder, then this is
likely not an option (and I'm sorry but I'm not timewise available to
do any work on this). This should give you a good start if you decide
to use either the existing plugin or XML-RPC.
