BTW, how expensive is this operation? I'm a bit worried at all the JS hackery that is going on, as slower computers (e.g. my cell phone) seem to be somewhat sluggish when accessing jspwiki.

Shortcut-keys are not i18n, but hard-coded into the JSPs.
Eg on OS-X, changing the language, does not change the short-cut keys.

As the 'underscore' in the TAB, which indicates the shortcut key, is
calculated at runtime, the A of Attachment is also underscored in
BijlAgen in Dutch.
But when the shortcut key is not found, no chars are underscored:
there is no 'V' in 'Anzeigen'

Thanks Dirk! Now I've found out that it's Alt+Shift+<key> in both
Firefox 2 and IE7. I guess this was the only combination I had
 forgotten :-)

Is there any rule on how to do internationalization regarding access
keys? The problem is, for example, 'View' has the access key 'v', but
 in german it's 'Anzeigen'.

Florian,

Works fine on OS-X. (use Ctrl+<key>)

On Windows you should use Alt+<key> which seems to work ok on IE6 ,
but with the restriction that you need to use the keyboard shortcut to
select the link or button, then press enter to execute.
But I had issues with FF on Win too. Alt+<something> leads you to
predefined FF keys.

You need plugins for scripting.
As far as I know, there is also a Groovy plugin available.

Right, I've found this one in the meantime.

* Are main actions of the wiki available via keyboard shortcuts?
I think yes, because it's documented on
 http://www.jspwiki.org/wiki/JSPWikiKeyboardShortcuts
but I've never found out how it works... IS it working?

Yes, this is working. Both on OS-X as WIN platforms.
The help-texts indicate the shortcut key in square brackets, the TABS
have the shortcut key underscored.

I'm using Firefox 2 and Windows XP SP2 with IE7. In both browsers
I've tried several combinations of Alt, Ctrl and the Windows key, but
 no success.
