entering a time via wiki syntax

Hallo Jspwiki-user,

I'm searching for functionality for:
- easily entering a date/time via wiki syntax
- formatting this in the output either user defined by the author or
  by the requester's settings

Something like CurrentTimePlugin, but with the ability to define a
time.
