yes the "login-config.xml" is part of JBoss.
I just changed this file and added a new policy (as described on the
homepage), but that did not help me out of my problem.

to switch JSPWiki to container authentication in the
jspwiki.properties. JSPWiki's standard configuration is using its own
user database.
