cleaned tomcat's work and temp directories before deploying a new version of

We recently upgraded from an old version of JSPWiki running on a Windows XP
PC to version 2.8.4 running on Linux and Tomcat 5.5.
All of the pages seemed to port over perfectly. We can make changes to
pages, but the toolbar features (tab, table, toc, etc.) no longer paste to
the work area like before.
We've tested this on both IE8 and Firefox, with the same results.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
